At Sacré Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring that your jewellery remains beautiful and wearable over time.
If your piece needs repair or maintenance, you can contact us and we will guide you through the process. Each item is carefully examined before any work is carried out. Depending on the condition, we will inform you about the required service, timing, and any applicable costs. Repair timelines may vary based on the type of work needed.

We offer one complimentary ring size adjustment. This service is completed within 1–3 working days. Any further resizing requests or complex modifications may require an additional fee.

Warranty

Our jewellery is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If an issue arises due to production, we will repair the item at no charge.

Proof of purchase is required to use warranty services.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear, accidents, misuse, loss, or theft. However, we may still assist with repairs where possible, subject to a service fee.

Additional Services

In cases where parts are damaged or missing, we may be able to restore or recreate them. Costs will depend on the complexity of the work and will be confirmed in advance.

Early Issues

If a problem is identified shortly after purchase and is confirmed to be a production fault, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as repair or replacement.

At Sacré Jewellery, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration. All original packaging and accompanying materials must be included. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To return an item, please contact us first to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

If your order included any complimentary items or gifts, these must also be returned. If not, their value may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method, as Sacré Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within several business days.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately. This ensures availability, as we cannot guarantee that items will remain in stock during the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Local Shipping in Armenia

• Regions: Free shipping via Hay Post.
• Yerevan: Delivery via Yandex, paid by the buyer.

International Shipping

• USA: Shipped through Global Express, cost 4000 AMD.
• Other countries: Shipped via Hay Post, cost 4000 AMD.
• All international orders are processed within 1–3 business days before handing them over to the delivery service.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed to the delivery service, you will receive tracking information by email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. During high-volume periods, tracking details may take up to one week to be provided.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we begin processing, which takes 1–3 business days, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Checking Order Status
You can track your order at any time using the link. Tracking is available via your order number or the email used for purchase.
